Sonic Hangout started back in 2002 by a young Artis Oracle to become what is today one of the few regularly updated sonic the hedgehog fan sites. 6 years on despite Sega taking a step backwards and pulling out of the console market, we’re still here writing about sonic in an attempt to share what was so great and inspirational about this little blue hedgehog.

The Site

As you can imagine with a history going back to 2002 we’ve had our fair share of the good, the bad and the ugly. This is a site that has moved servers, been re-designed too many times and has probably turned over more writers and team members than we would like to share. Despite this we’re still here and will continue to keep you up to date on everything Sonic; past, present and future.
